Return Policy
The Texas Timber Bat Co custom makes every bat we sell according to the details of your order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your order submission; since we begin processing custom orders immediately, we have a very short window of time to cancel an order prior to production. Our bats are milled directly from billets and undergo intense scrutiny before shipping. All bats are checked for cracks, dents, and significant grain lines where a split may occur. For this reason, and because of the nature of the act of hitting, we cannot replace bats because of use. We will be happy to replace your Texas Timber bat if, when you receive it, the bat has already suffered damage in transit. If this is the case you must contact us, by e-mail or phone immediately. If you do not contact us upon immediate receipt of the bat we cannot guarantee that the damage was done prior to your receiving the bat and therefore we will not be able to replace it. If you receive your Texas Timber bat and it is not to the specifications that you gave at the time of ordering; please contact us as soon as you receive your order. If we did not produce your order to the specification you requested, we will replace it.
We send a confirmation email for all orders that include the engraving information to ensure your expectations are met. Please ensure this information is correct as we start our custom-made orders begin within 24 hours of the order. When errors occur by our customers, we cannot replace the bats for free. We will offer a one-time 50% discount for a replacement bat to cover our cost. Unfortunately, there is no way to correct an engraving made into the bat.
